Veefriends, a web 3 multimedia agent, has launched its new Global Events Division. This is expected to expand the community operations and foster the connection of the brands with the fans within the NFT space. The goal is to create special events that add value for the VeeFriends community and partners through memorable encounters, both physically and online.
Company chairman, Gary Vaynerchuk appointed Sivan Nadler and MyLinh Chau as Executive Vice Presidents to head the strategy and production for VeeFriend’s experiences and events division. Gary Vaynerchuk conceptualized, sketched, and produced the characters for VeeFriends, which debuted in 2021. Each VeeFriends character has a distinct backstory that Gary has grown to admire and feels will lead to success and happiness. VeeFriends wants to keep expanding the IP that underpins the brand as part of its goal to enhance each character’s backstory, personality, and traits.
VeeFriends is developing its intellectual property both online and offline. Gary Vaynerchuk, the CEO, and Creator of VeeFriends expressed his excitement to welcome Sivan and Mylinh to manage the expansion of VeeFriends’ events section and take its creative and innovative operations to the next level. “VeeFriends is an IP company, and we think that allowing customers to interact with the brand during events will be fundamental to who we are”. The company’s president, Andy Krainak, states that “In the coming months, VeeFriends will launch a strategy to grow the events segment through the appointment of elite individuals from the event division who can advance the brand’s vision.” He will also receive reports from both Executive Vice Presidents.
Both Sivan Nadler and MyLinh Chau have nearly 20 years of combined expertise in the events, sports, and entertainment industries. Major League Baseball, ESPN, CAA, IMG, Bleacher Report, and Just Women’s Sports have all been milestones in Sivan’s career. MyLinh Chau was the Head of Experiences at SC30 Inc. (SC30), the off-court organization representing Golden State Warriors NBA Champion Stephen Curry, before joining VeeFriends. SC30 focused on projects spanning brand alliances, media, investments, and philanthropy. Before that, she worked for Major League Soccer, ESPN, and Under Armour, where she oversaw international athlete tours and directed tentpole events and entertainment collaborations.
We can anticipate interesting things in the future given the breadth of experience Sivan and MyLinh are bringing to these roles, including time spent at ESPN, CAA, IMG, and Under Armour.
